Raul is the third member of the group "The Amigos". He is the Adélie Penguin in amigos who has a little hair on his head. He is the best rapper of the group. Raul has physical issues at times, which includes stomach aches. This usually happens when he is scared. He is voiced by Lombardo Boyar.

In most fanfiction stories, Raul's ticklishness is way beyond extreme and does not want to admit the fact that he loves being harshly tickle tortured by practically anybody who desires capture+tickle on their victims.
